Spaghettini With Fresh Tomato & Herbs

  1. Wash the tomatoes, split them in half, seed them and dice into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, herbs and garlic in the bowl you'll use to toss and serve the pasta.
  3. Cook the pasta. When it is almost done, put the olive oil in a small saucepan and turn the heat on high. When the oil is smoking hot, pour it over the tomato mixture. It should sizzle as it hits the contents of the bowl. Mix and add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it immediately to the bowl. Toss and serve as soon as possible.
