Masala Chicken

  1. Cook chicken in the yogurt, garlic ginger and water until tender. Fry onions until golden and crisp. Remove. Fry tomatoes, paste, saffron, salt and all the spices for 3 minutes. Add the chicken. Add onions and reduce to low heat allow to cook stirring occasionally. When chicken is ready, sprinkle with garam masala, lemon and gently stir. Garnish with coriander and green chillis
