Stuffed And Barbequed Capsucum

  1. chop the onions, garlic and green chillis fine and fry
  2. with oil till light brown.
  3. peal the potatoes, chop fine and cook with a little
  4. water till tender. add to the above mixture and stir
  5. on heat along with the spices and powders mentioned above.
  6. remove mixture from fire. add the crushed cheese and mix well along with the juice of lemon.
  7. slice the capsicums at the top and remove seeds from the inside.
  8. stuff the mixture into the capsicum.
  9. now barbeque the stuffed capsicum till the skins are lightly
  10. browned. alternately grill and tuen occassionally.
  11. serve with pulav or indian bread.
