Weight Watcher'S Best Lasagna In The World

  1. In a large pan, brown beef, onion and seasonings.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms and water.
  3. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. The mixture will be thin.
  5. Mix together cottage, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  7. Layer 1/3 uncooked noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat with 2 more layers.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  10. Cut into 8 pieces.
