Vegetable Fried Rice
- At least 2 cups cooked rice
- Chopped Ginger
- Scallions
- 2 eggs scrambled
- carrots
- broccoli
- onions
- peas
- 2 tsp salt
- soy sauce
- wine
- black pepper
- sugar
- vinegar
- hot bean sauce
- red peppers
- garlic
- sesame oil
- Heat rice in a pan and remove
- cook eggs and put with rice
- Stir fry carrots, broccoli, onions
- Then add chopped ginger, scallions and peas
- Return rice and egg to the pan
- Add soy sauce, small amount of wine, black pepper, small amount of sugar, and vinegar
- Sprinkle sesame oil over rice
- Stir
- Add hot bean sauce, red peppers and garlic
