Cajun Meatballs
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 teaspoons hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease medium baking sheet
- 2- In a large bowl, mix throughly the ground beef through eggs
- 3- Form golf ball size meatballs and place on prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until no longer pink.
- 4- In a medium sauce pan combine barbeque sauce and peach preserves. Heat throughly.
- 5- When meatballs are done place in a serving dish and coat with sauce.
