Cajun Meatballs

  1. 1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease medium baking sheet
  2. 2- In a large bowl, mix throughly the ground beef through eggs
  3. 3- Form golf ball size meatballs and place on prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until no longer pink.
  4. 4- In a medium sauce pan combine barbeque sauce and peach preserves. Heat throughly.
  5. 5- When meatballs are done place in a serving dish and coat with sauce.
