Baked Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni for about 60% of the reccommended cooking time (on box/bag) - drain, cover & set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375.
  3. In medium saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, mustard, salt & pepper.
  4. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly; gradually add milk.
  5. Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture boils; simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually mix in cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  7. Add pasta and sausage; mix together lightly & pour into large casserole.
  8. Mix together bread crumbs and shredded cheese and sprinkle mixture over top.
  9. Bake 25 minutes.
