Broccoli Salad

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, cornstarch & dry mustard. Add vinegar & water and cook until thickened. Remove from heat & stir in mayonnaise. Cool.
  2. Pour cooled dressing over broccoli. Let sit for several hours. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
