Crab Cakes

  1. Whisk first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Fold crab into mixture.
  3. Mix crumbs, chives, salt & pepper.
  4. Stir into crab mixture.
  5. Form into 16 1" patties.
  6. Put in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  7. Butter bottom of 2 (14 x 9) baking pans.
  8. Add 8 patties to each pan.
  9. Bake at 375 deg for 20 minutes.
  10. Turn each patty over.
  11. Bake again for 15 minutes.
