Char Sui Pork Stir Fry

  1. 1.teat the oil in a wok. Crush and chop garlic and spring onions then add to wok, frying for a minute
  2. 2.tlice the pork and peppers and add to the wok. Cook for one minute
  3. 3.tdd the ready to wok noodles, stir frying for two to three minutes until sizzling hot
  4. 4.tdd the bean spouts and fish sauce and cook through for a minute, then stir in the coriander
  5. 5.tlace on a plate and sprinkle over the peanuts and a squeeze of lime
