Char Sui Pork Stir Fry
- 1 pack Tesco Make a Meal withnhar Sui Pork
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 red pepper
- 160g ready to wok noodles
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 100g bean sprouts
- 15g chopped coriander
- 30g roasted peanuts
- 1/2 lime
- 1.teat the oil in a wok. Crush and chop garlic and spring onions then add to wok, frying for a minute
- 2.tlice the pork and peppers and add to the wok. Cook for one minute
- 3.tdd the ready to wok noodles, stir frying for two to three minutes until sizzling hot
- 4.tdd the bean spouts and fish sauce and cook through for a minute, then stir in the coriander
- 5.tlace on a plate and sprinkle over the peanuts and a squeeze of lime
