Tequila And Orange Liquor Chicken
- 4 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- The juice of 6 large limes
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup orange liquor
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a large bowl.
- Perforate chicken breasts with a fork to facilitate the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a large zip loc bag.
- Pour marinade into zip loc bag.
- Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
- Broil or grill on a bar b q for 7 minutes a side or until juices run clear.
