Halibut Florida Style

  1. combine butter, paprika, salt, marjoram and juice from sectioning grapefruit (1 1/2-2 tbl)
  2. place halibut on aluminum foil on broiler pan
  3. brush fish with grapefruit butter sauce
  4. place in preheated broiler about 2 inches from heat
  5. broil under medium heat until fish is lightly browned-5-7 minutes
  6. turn fish, brush again and continue to broil about 5 minutes longer-basting several times with sauce
  7. anout 3 minutes before fish is done-place grapefruit sections on top
  8. brush again with sauce
  9. to serve:cut steaks in half
  10. garnish with additional grapefruit sections and parsley if desired
