Spaghetti Pie

  1. Spreads Ricotta cheese over crust.
  2. In an 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons margarine until bubbly.
  3. Saute onion, pepper and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground beef, tomatoes and tomato paste.
  5. Cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Spread mixture over Ricotta cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake 5 minutes more.
