Ultimate Healthy Ziti Delight

  1. Dice onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalepeno peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add a half tsp. of extra virgin olive oil in a wok or griddle and saute onions and garlic until golden brown. Then add mushrooms, bell peppers, and jalepeno peppers to the onions and garlic. While saute for about 10-15 min., boil the ziti in large pot. After about 10 minutes add the tomatoes into saute pan with rest of mixture. Once the ziti has been cooked and drained toss into wok and stir. Wa la... ziti and lots of flavor.
  2. Reminder: be sure to add a dash of black pepper and salt into wok to your satisfaction.
