Best Southwest Veggie Dip Ever
- 2 cans corn (rinsed & drained)
- 1 can black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1 can red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
- 2 cans chopped black olives
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped( or yellow or orange)
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 tsp diced jalapeno peppers
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 lemons - juice
- 1 lime - juice
- Add all canned ingredients first.
- Mix in Vegetables & seasoning stir well.
- Cover and chill at least two hours. Better if chilled longer.
- Serve with tostido chips.
- Over grilled fish.
- Over a baked potato
