Lemon Creme Cupcakes

  1. Cupcake-
  2. Preheat oven for 325. In a large bowl, add all of your ingrediants, make sure you mix them well. When done Mixing put in a cupcake pan and in the oven for 22 minutes, or until done baking.
  3. Frosting-
  4. In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream and milk until it gets thick. Then add the other ingredients until it turns fluffy.
