Carrott Cake

  1. Carrot Cake
  2. Beat until moist; with electric beaters approximately 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x11 pan. Bake in 325 degree preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes. Cool before frosting.
  3. Cream Cheese Frosting
  4. In small mixing bowl, combine Cream Cheese, butter & Vanilla. Beat at low speed till light. Gradually add sugar (1/2 c. @ a time), beating until fluffy and all sugar is added. Add just a few drops of Milk to make it spreading consistency.
