Chocoholic Cake
- 1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix (not devils food)
- 1 pkg.thocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 cup tilk
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup thite chocolate chips
- 1 cup tilk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cupthopped pecans(optional)
- 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Butter or margarine
- 3 cups tcing sugar
- 1/4 - 1/3 c tater
- 2 tsptanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0 F. Grease and flour or spray bundt pan.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, sour cream and eggs in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed just until blended. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in morsels and nuts. Pour into prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
- Melt chocolate and butter in small, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Pour powdered sugar into medium bowl and add chocolate mixture, alternately with water until of desired consistency (thinner then frosting). Stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread glaze over cooled cake.
