Mandarian Chicken Salad
- 3-4 skinless-boneless Chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces
- (Sprinkled with garlic or onion salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 small pkg slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (lightly browned in oven)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 heads lettuce (in bite size pieces)
- 1 small can Chinese chow mein noodles
- Dressing
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- Broil or grill chicken until done and cool.
- Mix chicken, onions, almonds,
- poppy seeds and sesame seeds with Dressing.
- Marinate 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Stir in noodles and lettuce just before serving. (or put in big plastic bag and toss).
