Green Chile Piñon Meatballs

  1. Instructions
  2. 1.tombine meat, sugar, raisins, pinon, onion, chile, allspice and salt in medium bowl.
  3. 2.tix thoroughly with your hands, and form into 1-inch balls (about 1 T. each).
  4. 3.toll each meatball in flour.
  5. 4.teat enough oil (I used canola) to cover the bottom of a large skillet, on medium-high flame. Fry meatballs in batches, 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned. Drain on paper towels.
  6. 5.tix green chile, sugar and salt to make a sauce to serve with meatballs.
