Chicken San Souci

  1. Cook the chicken breast with celery tops and salt in water until done.
  2. Drain, remove from bone and set aside.
  3. Cook the wild rice according to package directions.
  4. Saute the onion in butter; remove from the skillet.
  5. Add more butter (I use a stick) and blend in the flour.
  6. Stir in the soup, which has been mixed with the milk.
  7. Add salt, pepper, mushrooms and sauteed onion; set aside.
