Graham Wafer Cake = Bars

  1. melt butter over low heat, add sugar and cocoa..until dissolved
  2. remove from stove, wisk in one egg at a time...return to stovetop, simmer and stir for 1 minute
  3. remove from stove, add "crushed" graham wafers and Marichino Cherries
  4. PRESS INTO 9X13 "GREASED" CAKE PAN... CHILL
  5. ICING:
  6. Mix Butter and Icing Sugar... until smooth... add cocoa... if needed... add small amounts of hot water to enable spreading of icing.. Ice Cooled cake..
  7. Cut into squares
