Favorite Meatloaf

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375u0b0F. Cook onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Mix with meat, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, the stuffing mix, water and egg whites.
  2. PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish; shape into 10x5-inch loaf. Spread with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.
  3. BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until cooked through (160u0b0F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
