Vegie Pizza Appetizer
- small: 2-3 inch Peta shells
- 1 8oz.package Cream Cheese
- 1/8 cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 stalks Broccoli
- 1/4 head Cauliflower
- 3 Med. to Large carrots
- 1 Large Tomato
- 1/2 can Black Olives
- Don't limit your self to just these Vegie you can use any that you wish.
- Cukecumbers,Onions,Green Peppers,Celery,radish,or even Pineapple.
- Place Peta pockets on a plate. Next you will want to mix together the Cream Cheese and the Ranch dressing. mix until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture on the Peta shells about 1/4 inch thick with a spoon. *This will make the vegies stick to the shell well. Next take a little of each vegie and place on top of the dressing mixture. softly press vegies so they stay in place.
