Lasagna
- 3-4 cups Spaghetti (papa) Sauce
- 1 Package Lasagna Noodles
- 4 Cups (2 lbs) ricotta cheese
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parm Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Cook pasta per package directions
- 3. Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling in large bowl reserving a handful of Mozzarella for topping.
- 4. Spread about 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9" glass dish.
- 5. Arrange 4 pasta pieces lengthwise.
- 6. Add 1/3 of cheese mixture over pasta and cover with a little less than a cup of sauce.
- 7. Repeat for a total of 3 layers.
- 8. Cover with pasta and remain sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 9. Cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes.
- 10. Remove foil, raise oven temp to 400 degrees and put in for 10 minutes
- 11. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- 12. Serve to friends while toasting your total disregard to your cholesterol.
