  1. 1. Fry the onion, garlic, ginger, and chillies in 1 tbsp oil until the mixture starts to turn golden.
  2. 2. Add the spices and mix well.
  3. 3. Add the meat and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add the tomato and any juices. Cook for 2 minutes to break down the tomato.
  5. 5. Add the peas and lemon juice. Turn the temperature down and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.
  6. 6. Fold in the cilantro and serve.
