Mountain Man Omelette

  1. Heat 12" Dutch Oven until very hot. Fry sausage until brown - remove. Cut bacon into 1" slices, fry until brown. Remove excess grease. Add sausage, onion, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon. Saute until vegatables are tender. Mix eggs and milk - pour into Dutch Oven. Cover, bake - using 8 briquettes under and 15 on top for 20 min. Spread cheese over eggs. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Use picante sauce as desired
