Fruit Topped Dessert (Pudding)

  1. Line a 9 x 13 with 1/3 of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary to cover the bottom.
  2. Mix the pudding and milk together til blended. Let sit 5 minutes til it begins to thicken. Using a scraper (some of you call them rubber spatulas), fold in Cool Whip gently until completely blended. If you "mix" the cool whip in, it breaks down the Cool Whip and your pudding will be runny.
  3. Layer half of the pudding mixture on top of the layer of graham crackers. Top with 1 layer of graham crackers. Top with the remainder of the pudding mixture. Layer one more time with graham crackers. Top with Pie filling.
  4. Chill for about 3 hours before serving.
  5. If using Cherry Pie Filling, you can also use chocolate pudding instead of the vanilla.
