Weekend Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. green noodles
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 cans shrimp
- 2 cans crab
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Cook noodles according to instructions on package.
- Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until transparent.
- Add curry, soup, sour cream, wine, fish, Worcestershire and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold sauce and noodles together and pour into a buttered casserole.
- Top with cheese, oregano and paprika and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
