Kq'S Cioppino
- olive oil
- red onion
- shallot
- garlic
- smoked paprika
- canned tomatos
- bay leaf
- fresh thyme
- dried herbs of what ever
- dash of hot sauce
- bay leaf
- herbal liquor
- firm flesh white fish
- shrimp
- mussels
- clams
- scallops
- Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Add garlic, bay leaf and liquor. Add tomato sauce and simmer with all of the other herbs and spice. If it gets too thick, add water.
- When the tomato mixture is fully cooked and well seasoned, add firm flesh fish. Then add any shell fish, tuck into the liquid and cover. Cook until the mussels open and other shell fish are barely cooked.
- Serve with a good crusty bread.
