Blueberry Salad

  1. Dissolve 1 package of gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add raspberry flavoring.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan; chill until firm.
  4. Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
  5. Heat cream and sugar in pot until hot, but not boiling.
  6. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cream cheese; blend until smooth.
  7. Cool.
  8. Pour over first layer.
  9. Chill until firm.
  10. Dissolve remaining gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  11. Stir in blueberries and flavoring.
  12. Cool.
  13. Pour over cream cheese layer; chill until firm.
