Wok N Roll Beef With Snow Peas & Baby Corn
- 3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 6 ounces snow peas, halved lengthwise
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 (15-ounce) can baby corn, drained, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper, hot pepper sauce for taste (optional)
- 2 cups of cooked rice.
- Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet, drain. Add garlic; cook until tender, set aside wipe out wok with paper towel.

- for about 3 minutes or untill vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
- Best served over rice.
