Wok N Roll Beef With Snow Peas & Baby Corn

  1. Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet, drain. Add garlic; cook until tender, set aside wipe out wok with paper towel.
  2. heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-heat. add snow peas and red peppers; stir-fry (wok n roll) lol...
  3. for about 3 minutes or untill vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
  4. Best served over rice.
