Moroccan Stew

  1. Saute onions, celery, green pepper and garlic. When veggies are slightly soft, add broth, canned tomatoes and sweet potatoes. Stir in spices, lemon juice, raisins and peanut butter. Cook till thickened!
  2. Add cilantro at the end.
