Delicious Meat Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) box uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) bag grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) bag grated Mozzarella cheese
- Boil about 6 lasagna noodles until noodles are tender.
- Add ground beef, chopped onions, bell pepper, salt, pepper and seasoning salt in a cooking pan.
- Over medium-high heat, brown beef and drain fat.
- Add spaghetti sauce (leaving 1/3 of sauce in jar) and sugar to drained beef.
- Continue stirring spaghetti sauce through ground beef.
- In 9 x 12-inch baking pan, spread remaining 1/3 spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan.
- Spread 3 cooked lasagna noodles across bottom of pan.
- Add half spaghetti meat sauce over top noodles.
- Sprinkle half Mozzarella and half Cheddar cheese on top of meat sauce mixture.
- Apply remaining lasagna noodles on top of cheese.
- Add remaining spaghetti meat sauce and remaining cheeses.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
