Green Gnocchi
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 stalk of celery thinly diced
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp black pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 package gnocchi
- 1 jar of Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add allspice, pepper and cayenne pepper mix and let cook for 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, Boil water and prepare gnocchi to package directions
- Stir in alfredo sauce, peas and mushrooms. Heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in prepared gnocchi, parsley and parmesan.
- Serve immediately
