Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Cook 1 stick margarine, vanilla pudding and milk, adding 1 teaspoon salt; cool to lukewarm.
  2. Dissolve yeast in water.
  3. Beat eggs; add to pudding mixture along with 2 cups flour.
  4. Add yeast mixture.
  5. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
  6. Turn out on breadboard; add more flour.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Let rise until double in bulk.
  9. Punch down and let rise again.
  10. Turn out on board and roll out.
  11. Cover with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and soft butter.
  12. Roll, cut and place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and let rise again.
  13. Let rise again, bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
