Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- Cook 1 stick margarine, vanilla pudding and milk, adding 1 teaspoon salt; cool to lukewarm.
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Beat eggs; add to pudding mixture along with 2 cups flour.
- Add yeast mixture.
- Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
- Turn out on breadboard; add more flour.
- Blend well.
- Let rise until double in bulk.
- Punch down and let rise again.
- Turn out on board and roll out.
- Cover with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and soft butter.
- Roll, cut and place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and let rise again.
- Let rise again, bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
