Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Combine oil, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add sour milk, flour, cocoa, baking soda. salt and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degreesfor 35-40 minutes.
  2. * To make sour milk, pour 1/2 T. lemon juice in the bottom of the 1/2 cup measuring cup. Fill up with milk. Let set for a few minutes. The milk will get thick and curdle.
