Broccoli Egg And Cheese Casserole

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and toss in bread cubes, stirring until coated well.
  2. Brown lightly. Continue to stir until evenly brown.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and mustard together until well mixed.
  5. Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
  6. Place bread in a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
  7. Pour egg mixture over top.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  10. Bake 1 hour or until eggs are set.
  11. Yield:
  12. 6 to 8 servings.
