Stuffed Pepper Soup Ii

  1. Brown ground beef in stock pot; add onion, pepper, garlic, salt and
  2. pepper. Ground meat should be browned, onion and lpeppers should be
  3. slightly soft. Add instant rice, tomatoes and tomato soup. Mix well. Add
  4. beef broth and baking soda. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with
  5. grated parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread. Or put in crockpot for
  6. 4 to 5 hours.
