Stuffed Pepper Soup Ii
- 2-1/2 lbs Ground Beef
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 Chopped Green Peppers
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Uncooked Instant Rice
- 1 28 0z.can diced,crushed Unpeeled Tomatoes
- 1 Can Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 3 Cans 14 0z Beef Broth
- 1 Pinch Baking Soda
- grated Parmesan Cheese
- Brown ground beef in stock pot; add onion, pepper, garlic, salt and
- pepper. Ground meat should be browned, onion and lpeppers should be
- slightly soft. Add instant rice, tomatoes and tomato soup. Mix well. Add
- beef broth and baking soda. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with
- grated parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread. Or put in crockpot for
- 4 to 5 hours.
