Stir-Fry Spaghetti With Beef
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. small fresh broccoli
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 red bell pepper, wedges
- 1/2 yellow pepper strips
- 1 (6 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Creamette spaghetti, cooked
- In medium bowl combine soy, garlic, ginger and beef.
- Toss to coat well.
- Marinate 1/2 to 1 hour.
- In medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add beef mixture and broccoli, stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add onion, peppers and mushrooms.
- Stir until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Blend water, cornstarch, bouillon and salt. Stir in beef mixture.
- Cook until thickened and translucent.
- Mix stir-fry mixture with pasta noodles.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy.
