Double Crunchy Chip Cookies
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 c. Kellogg's corn flakes, crushed to 5 c.
- 1/2 c. milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
- Stir flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
- Set aside. In large mixing bowl beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add 2 cups crushed Kellogg's flakes and chocolate and butterscotch morsels.
- Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls into remaining crushed cereal, coating dough completely.
- Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350u0b0 about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks.
