Double Crunchy Chip Cookies

  1. Stir flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
  2. Set aside. In large mixing bowl beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add 2 cups crushed Kellogg's flakes and chocolate and butterscotch morsels.
  7. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls into remaining crushed cereal, coating dough completely.
  8. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350u0b0 about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on wire racks.
