Low-Calorie Apple Strudel

  1. Sprinkle juice over apples. Working on waxed paper, lightly brush one sheet phyllo with melted butter. Keep rest of phyllo dough covered with damp towel. Repeat with 5 more, stacking.
  2. Place 1/2 of the apples in 2-inch strip along one long edge, leaving 2 inches at each short end. Sprinkle with combination of sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon, using half of mixture. Fold in end 2-inches of short sides and roll tightly from long side. Place seam side down on greased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.
  3. Repeat to make a second roll. Brush with butter. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly. Loosen from pan; cool in pan on wire rack. Slice.
