Strawberry Mocha Cream Tartlets

  1. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in the shortening until uniform but coarse.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of water and toss with a fork, then press into a ball.
  4. Roll out half of the dough at a time on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Cut into 3-inch circles, then fit inside 2 1/4-inch tart pans and prick with fork.
  6. Place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a 425u0b0 oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool and remove from tart pans.
