Pizza

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and saute garlic.
  2. When brown, add tomatoes and the rest of the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  5. Prepare dough in pizza pans as for thick pizza but
  6. use less dough for each pizza and roll dough out very thin.
  7. Complete
  8. all
  9. pizzas
  10. and let rest about 10 minutes before putting on the sauce.
  11. Place about 1/2 to 3/4 cup sauce
  12. on each pizza.
  13. Arrange desired toppings on pizza, ending with
  14. a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  15. Cook for

  17. 25 to 30 minutes.
  18. Mozzarella, Provolone and white Cheddar can
  19. be added the last 5 minutes.
  20. Sauce makes 5 to 6 pizzas.
