Bacon Wrapped Scallops Stuffed With Shrimp
- 4 Large Scallops
- 1/4lb of Shrimp (no shell)
- Medium Bell Pepper
- Garlic Glove
- Medium Onion
- Small Tomato
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Cup of Rice
- 8 Pieces of Thin Cut Bacon
- Rice
- 2 Pieces of Bread
- 2 Large Eggs
- Stick of Butter
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Dill
- Parsley
- Salt
- Scallops:
- Simply wrap scallop in 2 pieces of thin bacon and put on oiled pan.
- Take a pair knife and cut a hole in the middle of the shrimp and stuff shrimp into it. Now cover in dill. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- Hollondaise:
- Simply blend butter and eggs with a half of lemon fully squeezed
- Garlic Bread:
- Mince garlic and spread on bread. Mince onion and spread on bread. Put strips of cut bell peppers onto bread. Sprinkle oregano on top.
- Plate and enjoy!
