Bacon Wrapped Scallops Stuffed With Shrimp

  1. Scallops:
  2. Simply wrap scallop in 2 pieces of thin bacon and put on oiled pan.
  3. Take a pair knife and cut a hole in the middle of the shrimp and stuff shrimp into it. Now cover in dill. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
  4. Hollondaise:
  5. Simply blend butter and eggs with a half of lemon fully squeezed
  6. Garlic Bread:
  7. Mince garlic and spread on bread. Mince onion and spread on bread. Put strips of cut bell peppers onto bread. Sprinkle oregano on top.
  8. Plate and enjoy!
