Patsy'S Holiday Stuffing For Turkey

  1. Mix bread chunks with onions, all spices, eggs. Add sage to get a full bodied aroma of "sage" in your nose. When it really smells like it has lots of sage it is ready to put into the bird. Use the chicken boullion powder with a little water to moisten, but I like chicken broth myself. Dressing should be damp, not dripping with moisture. Do not pack tight into bird and NEVER stuff until ready for the oven.
