Chocolate Fudge Drop Cookies
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter or margarine (reduced-fat works fine)
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk (fat-free works fine)
- 1 rounded tablespoon instant decaf coffee crystals
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 cookie sheets.
- Assemble a double boiler. In top, combine all ingredients except for flour. Heat and stir until chocolate and butter are melted and everything is smooth. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in flour until well combined.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets immediately.
- These keep well, freeze beautifully, and are great straight from the freezer!
