Chocolate Fudge Drop Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 cookie sheets.
  2. Assemble a double boiler. In top, combine all ingredients except for flour. Heat and stir until chocolate and butter are melted and everything is smooth. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in flour until well combined.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets immediately.
  4. These keep well, freeze beautifully, and are great straight from the freezer!
