Stuffing (Murphy'S Famous Stuffing)

  1. 1. Soak the croutons in chicken broth
  2. 2. Saute the pork sausage and remove from heat
  3. 3. Saute onion in the butter
  4. 4. Mince and add garlic to that mixture.
  5. 5. Add that mixture to the sausage
  6. 6. Chop and add celery to the saute
  7. 7. Add the waterchestnuts to the mixture
  8. 8. Then add eggs and cooked rice
  9. 9. Combine with croutons and chicken broth.
  10. For added flavor, this could be made in a pan lined with butter soaked cheese cloth.
  11. 10. Cook 45 min at 350
