Spicy Vegetables And Sausage

  1. Heat oil to 375u0b0 in an electric skillet.
  2. Add onions, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, parsley, salt and pepper; saute for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, wine, sugar, basil, marjoram and seasoned pepper.
  4. Add sausage; cover and cook until sausage is hot and vegetables are crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
  5. Makes 8 servings.
