Stuffed Lasagna Rolls

  1. Cook noodles.
  2. Brown sausage and onion.
  3. Drain off excess fat and stir in flour.
  4. Add milk and cream cheese.
  5. Cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
  6. Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  7. Lay a noodle on a work surface and pat dry with paper towel.
  8. Spoon sausage mixture down the center of the noodle.
  9. Roll up and lay seam down in pan with sauce.
  10. Repeat until all noodles are filled.
  11. Spoon remaining sauce over rolls.
  12. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  13. Remove foil and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of rolls.
  14. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
