Stuffed Lasagna Rolls
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 lb. Italian or pizza sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cook noodles.
- Brown sausage and onion.
- Drain off excess fat and stir in flour.
- Add milk and cream cheese.
- Cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
- Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.
- Lay a noodle on a work surface and pat dry with paper towel.
- Spoon sausage mixture down the center of the noodle.
- Roll up and lay seam down in pan with sauce.
- Repeat until all noodles are filled.
- Spoon remaining sauce over rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of rolls.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
